You excel at collaborating with creative teams, understanding audience behavior, and staying ahead of video marketing trends.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns with a primary focus on YouTube. Initially, you will concentrate on Meta platforms, with plans to expand efforts to include paid ads on Meta, TikTok, AdRoll, and other platforms in the future.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively from the start, ensuring cost-efficiency and strong ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling video content and ad copy tailored to target audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPV, CTR, CVR) to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Conduct audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies to maximize ad reach and engagement.
- Use A/B testing to refine creative assets, messaging, and targeting approaches.
- Stay updated on YouTube advertising best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to clients and management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align YouTube campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media buying, with a strong focus on YouTube advertising.
- Expertise in managing budgets, optimizing bids, and delivering measurable campaign results.
- Proficiency in video marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
- Strong creative acumen, with experience collaborating on video content and ad copy development.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and YouTube Ads Manager for tracking and reporting campaign performance.
- Experience with additional platforms such as Meta, TikTok, AdRoll, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on building relationships and aligning objectives.
- A passion for video advertising and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
