Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
