Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding car rental services.
• Assist customers with questions about bookings, vehicle options, and rental policies.
• Handle modifications, cancellations, and customer feedback efficiently and professionally.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide speedy resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Stay informed about the company’s services and promotional offers to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• EU passport is required.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or car rental industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and common computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment in Greece.
• Willingness to relocate if not currently living in Greece.
