Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage, optimize, and analyze paid social campaigns, with additional experience in Google Ads and YouTube being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media buying strategies across digital and traditional channels, including social media, search engines, display networks, and more.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate media options.
- Negotiate contracts and placements with media vendors to ensure optimal pricing and placement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align media strategies with overall brand objectives and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and competitive activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube is a plus.
- Good to have experience working in Skin & Beauty E-commerce Brands
- Familiarity with Northbeam tracking is a bonus.
- Must be available to work during PST hours.
