Outbound and Inbound Sales Representative

Join our dynamic team as an Outbound and Inbound Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, providing exceptional service while identifying opportunities for sales growth. Your ability to engage prospects through outbound calls and effectively handle incoming inquiries will play a critical role in our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales:
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our offerings and generate leads.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through consistent communication and follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and preferences to customize product offerings.
2. Inbound Sales:
• Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
• Effectively manage customer interactions, providing excellent service and resolving any issues.
• Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Answer billing questions
3. Sales Tracking and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights for strategy development.

Requirements

Equipment Requirements:

• Computer with at least 4GB RAM
• 50 MBPs internet with reliable backup
• Windows/MAC operating system
• Noise-canceling headset and camera
• Quiet working area

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience (preferably outbound and inbound).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve sales targets.
