Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Head of Marketing - Crypto - candidates need to be based in the Europe to Australia timezones.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, a proven track record in marketing leadership, and the ability to drive brand growth in a competitive landscape.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute our overall marketing strategy, leading go-to-market for new partnerships, products, and ecosystem developments.
  • Shape and elevate our Protocol's brand identity within the blockchain industry.
  • Lead strategic positioning and create compelling content and narratives around chain abstraction and placing us as the thought leader.
  • Design strategies to grow and engage developer and user communities including both digital and real-world activations.
  • Position leadership and team members for visibility via conferences, podcasts, and media opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with KOLs, Media houses, and other stakeholders both globally and in specific regions to build our presence.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team to drive results.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business development teams for cohesive messaging.
  • Define, monitor, and report key marketing metrics to measure impact and guide decision-making.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the blockchain or technology sector.

Has lead marketing for a well known crypto brand

Experience on both developer and consumer-focused products
