Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: Open to negotiation based on experience. This role will be hourly wage + commission
Commission: $150 per close

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and readiness to purchase.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to connect with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Continuously follow up with prospects and nurture relationships over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools like Go High Level.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Multiple years of experience cold calling (in the digital marketing space preferred)
  • Full sales cycle experience - from contact to close
