Job Summary:

We are seeking a CRM ( Customer Relationship Marketing) Associate to execute and optimize email campaigns while driving customer engagement and retention. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging analytical insights, and contributing to the company’s growth through innovative CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, targeting diverse customer segments.
  • Manage the email campaign calendar and testing roadmap, ensuring alignment with team goals.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to plan, brief, and deliver campaigns on time, reworking email content as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to test and improve marketing effectiveness and customer profitability.
  • Analyze, report, and present on campaign KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Partner with Growth and Product teams to implement industry-leading experiments.
  • Conduct A/B testing (content, segmentation, offers, and copy) and use results to refine strategies.
  • Navigate a steep learning curve while significantly advancing your professional development.

Requirements

  • A dog person through and through
  • Degree or concentration in Marketing, Business or Economics and track record of excellent grades. - PLUS 
  • 2-4 years of work experience out of university. 
  • Entrepreneurial and have experience finding creative solutions to solve problems head-on. You’re always looking for business ideas and have started (or want to start) a business of your own.
  • You have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as experience building user journeys. - Required
  • You have intermediate knowledge of SQL (Required), Figma (Highly Preferred) and Photoshop (Highly Preferred).
    - able to design either Figma or Photoshop or both (Creating visual)
  • You’re organized and are able to manage multiple projects.
  • You’re analytical and know how to create easy business cases to justify your ideas. You have a basic knowledge of excel formulas and you can calculate marketing metrics such as CAC and campaign ROI.
  • Has solid data analysis skills (open rates and click-through rates and familiar with more advanced metrics such as CVR, ROI, CAC, etc.
