Position Overview:
Henry Meds is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Lifecycle Marketing to lead, optimize, and innovate our customer engagement and retention strategies. This role will play a critical part in driving lifetime value (LTV), reducing churn, and ensuring every step of the customer journey feels seamless, personalized, and impactful. You’ll own the entire lifecycle marketing funnel, from onboarding to re-engagement, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver consistent results.
