Position Overview:
Henry Meds is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Lifecycle Marketing to lead, optimize, and innovate our customer engagement and retention strategies. This role will play a critical part in driving lifetime value (LTV), reducing churn, and ensuring every step of the customer journey feels seamless, personalized, and impactful. You’ll own the entire lifecycle marketing funnel, from onboarding to re-engagement, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver consistent results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Design and execute data-driven, omnichannel lifecycle marketing strategies to drive retention, engagement, and reactivation for our subscription-based customer base.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize LTV while reducing churn through segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers.

Customer Onboarding & Retention:

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience to ensure new customers are set up for success from day one.
  • Build retention strategies that create habit-forming customer behaviors and address pain points before they lead to churn.

Campaign Management:

  • Create targeted campaigns across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and other relevant channels to engage customers at every stage of their lifecycle.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance.

Data & Insights:

  • Partner with the Data and Analytics team to analyze customer behaviors, churn drivers, and engagement metrics.
  • Develop reporting structures to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including retention rate, churn, customer satisfaction (NPS), and LTV.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product, Growth Marketing, and Customer Support teams to align lifecycle strategies with broader company goals.
  • Provide insights on customer pain points and advocate for product improvements that enhance the customer experience.

Technology & Tools:

  • Evaluate and implement best-in-class marketing tools and platforms to support segmentation, automation, and personalization at scale.

You will likely have:

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
  • Experience in a subscription-based, Direct-to-Consumer business.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, including segmentation, automation, and personalization.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable) and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex customer data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for understanding customer behavior and improving the customer experience.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.

You may have:

  • Prior experience in the telehealth space, medical, and/or clinical space
  • Experience in regulated industries
  • Previous working experience in a hyper-growth environment
  • Startup experience

Company Offers:

  • Platinum PPO Healthcare + Vision & Dental (Henry covers 99% for employees and 50% for their qualified dependents).
  • 401(k) with matching contributions beginning your first day.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Fully remote position with occasional travel.
  • Impactful, rewarding work as part of a fast-growing brand helping thousands of people every day.
