Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our client's creative team. In this role, you will work closely with designers and developers to create visually stunning designs that communicate our client's digital product's identity and messaging effectively. You will be responsible for designing high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Develop product branding and logo designs.

• Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and promotional content for digital platforms (website, social media, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, who will provide feedback and approve designs.
• Support marketing efforts by designing visually appealing graphics for campaigns and promotional materials.
• Ensure design consistency and high-quality output for various marketing initiatives.
• Work on designing user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for new features and products, primarily within a CRM system used in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Focus on designing and improving UX/UI for both existing and new product features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design decisions align with product development goals and user needs.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer working with digital products or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Work experience in UI/UX designing
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required
