Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality player support in Polish through various communication channels, including email and chat
• Assist players with account management, technical issues, and game-related questions
• Resolve player concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Document player interactions accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the gaming experience

• Fluent in Polish (oral and written); proficiency in English is a plus
