Key Responsibilities

• Handle back office administrative tasks related to gaming accounts, player profiles, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with company policies.

• Prepare and contribute to internal reports and quality assurance reviews, providing insights that improve back office processes within the gaming environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a non-negotiable requirement for all applicants.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
