Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing email marketing agency that partners with eCommerce brands to create high-converting email and SMS marketing campaigns. They specialize in lifecycle marketing, helping brands increase customer engagement and revenue through strategic email design, compelling copy, and data-driven optimization. Their collaborative team of strategists, copywriters, designers, and email specialists works closely with clients to deliver exceptional creative while continuously improving performance.

What you will do: 

We're looking for an Email Designer to create visually compelling, conversion-focused email designs for a portfolio of eCommerce brands. This role is heavily focused on Figma, with occasional animation work using GIFs and Adobe Creative Suite. You'll collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and email specialists to transform campaign briefs into engaging, on-brand email experiences that drive clicks and conversions.

This is an execution-focused role for someone with exceptional design fundamentals, strong attention to detail, and a passion for continuously improving their craft by staying up to date with email design trends and best practices.

Responsabilities:

• Design high-performing marketing emails and lifecycle campaigns in Figma for multiple eCommerce brands.
• Create clean, organized, and conversion-focused email mockups that follow each client's brand guidelines, typography, color palette, and visual identity.
• Organize and manage brand asset libraries, including lifestyle imagery, product photography, banners, icons, and other creative assets.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, email specialists, and strategists to ensure messaging and design work together seamlessly.
• Create optimized GIFs and simple animations to enhance email engagement when appropriate.
• Conduct research using platforms like Milled and other design inspiration resources to continuously improve layouts and creative direction.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently, including same-day revisions when needed.
• Maintain high design quality while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Ensure every email is production-ready before being handed off for development and deployment.
• Communicate proactively with the team through Slack and ClickUp while working during Pacific Time business hours.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing marketing emails, preferably for eCommerce brands or marketing agencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, naming conventions, and creating developer-friendly assets.
• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience creating optimized GIFs and simple animations using After Effects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of email design best practices, including visual hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, readability, accessibility, and conversion-focused layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple brands.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.

Benefits

• Full-Time Position (Monday–Friday)
• Pacific Time business hours with approximately 2–3 hours of required overlap (9:00AM-5:00PM)
• $2,000–$2,500 USD/month (depending on experience)
