At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing function for a growing B2B managed IT and wireless services company.
This is a high-ownership leadership role where you’ll work directly with the CEO to drive lead generation, brand growth, demand generation, content strategy, and overall marketing performance.
This is not a coordination role.
You’ll own the marketing function end-to-end, managing strategy and execution while having the autonomy to make decisions, oversee budgets, and hire specialized contractors when needed.
If you’re equally comfortable building strategy, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and leveraging AI to improve marketing outcomes, this role is built for you.

In short: You’ll own the company’s marketing function, drive measurable business growth, and ensure every marketing initiative contributes directly to pipeline, revenue, and brand expansion.
Finalists will receive a sample monthly KPI report before the final interview. During the interview, you’ll discuss priorities, recommendations, optimization opportunities, and strategic decisions based on the provided data.
The focus is on your marketing judgment, decision-making process, and business instincts—not polished presentations.
