At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Marketing Manager to lead and scale the entire marketing function for a growing B2B managed IT and wireless services company.
This is a high-ownership leadership role designed for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll work directly with the CEO to drive lead generation, strengthen brand awareness, optimize marketing performance, and build scalable systems that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
This is not a marketing coordinator role. You’ll own marketing strategy, campaign execution, reporting, vendor management, and marketing operations while leveraging AI to improve efficiency and results.
If you enjoy building marketing functions, making data-driven decisions, and creating measurable business impact, this role is a strong fit.
In short: You own the company’s marketing engine—driving demand generation, content, marketing operations, and measurable pipeline growth while continuously improving systems and performance.
Finalists will receive a sample monthly KPI report before the final interview. During the interview, you’ll discuss your priorities, recommendations, growth opportunities, and strategic decisions based on the data provided.
The assessment is designed to evaluate your marketing judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making, rather than presentation design or memorization.
