Job Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a motivated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with Dutch-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction across all interactions.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and general support.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
