Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with Dutch-speaking customers at all times
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement)
• A genuine interest in health technology, wearable fitness devices, or the broader Fitness & Wellness industry is highly desirable
• Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a consumer electronics environment is advantageous
• Strong digital literacy with the ability to navigate apps, troubleshoot software issues, and learn new platforms quickly
