Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support and product guidance to Dutch-speaking customers regarding iRobot devices, including robotic vacuum cleaners and smart home cleaning solutions, via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot consumer electronics products, delivering clear, step-by-step solutions in fluent Dutch to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal teams promptly, while managing customer expectations with professionalism and empathy throughout the process.

  • Proactively identify recurring customer pain points and contribute product feedback and improvement suggestions to internal quality and product development teams.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is an absolute requirement for this role, as all customer interactions will be conducted exclusively in Dutch.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes).
  • A genuine passion for consumer electronics, smart home technology, or related fields, with the ability to quickly acquire in-depth product knowledge of iRobot devices.
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a similar client-facing role within a consumer electronics or technology environment is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a patient and empathetic communication style, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment within Bulgaria, along with a good working knowledge of standard CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
