Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients in navigating their accommodation inquiries and reservations
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing accurate information and guidance on available options
• Proactively solve any issues related to bookings or client requests
• Document client interactions and feedback for service enhancement
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve concerns and improve client experiences
• Stay updated on current accommodation trends and local information to better assist clients

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-oriented approach
• Adept at problem-solving and managing client relationships effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with computer systems and online booking tools

• Must reside in Greece and be eligible to work remotely
