Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers for a range of electronic devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their inquiries and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document all support interactions in the ticketing system.
• Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and ongoing usage queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and drive service improvements.
• Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and guides to assist customers in effectively using their products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with electronic devices and best practices in customer support.
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is advantageous.
