About the role:
As a Lead Product Designer at Panorama, you'll tackle some of the most complex and ambiguous design challenges in K–12 education, turning complexity into elegant, scalable solutions that empower educators and improve their experience with our platform.
This is a high-autonomy role for a designer who thinks strategically, executes with craft, and knows how to move work forward in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering peers, contribute to our design system, and help shape how AI is integrated into educator experiences, at a company actively investing in all of the above.
You'll report to the Senior Director of Product Design and work fully remotely on a distributed team.

Benefits
Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $152,200 - $202,900 USD // Annually.
