Spreetail is looking for an Affiliate Manager to own a category portfolio of TikTok creator affiliates from recruitment through ongoing performance management. You'll drive SKU activation by recruiting, briefing, and coaching creators to turn idle product listings into live, converting content — owning everything from creator relationships and sample seeding to GMV, SKU coverage, and content output. We're building this from scratch, and we want someone who helps write the playbook.



What you'll do:
  • Own a category portfolio of creator affiliates — recruit, onboard, brief, and coach creators to drive content and GMV.
  • Drive SKU activation: identify uncovered high-opportunity SKUs and get creator video live on them.
  • Coordinate sample seeding and creator onboarding in partnership with the ops team.
  • Brief creators on product hooks and content angles that convert — not just awareness.
  • Track performance at the creator and SKU level; optimize based on what the data shows.
  • Partner with the Brand Growth team on brand-specific creator activations and campaigns.
  • Contribute to weekly business reviews with performance data and creator pipeline updates.

  • What experiences will help you:
  • 2+ years in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or ecommerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage external relationships.
  • Data-comfortable — you know which metrics matter and how to act on them.
  • Strong communicator with creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can manage a high-volume roster independently.
  • Active TikTok user who understands how content performs on the platform.

  • Preferred experience:
  • TikTok Shop affiliate experience — seeding, commission structures, content briefing.
  • Creator CRM tools (Circle, Grin, Impact, Aspire, or similar).
  • Ecommerce or marketplace background (Amazon, Walmart, DTC)..
  • Category knowledge in home, outdoor, sports, tools, or adjacent consumer goods.
  • Performance-based creator program experience — not just awareness campaigns.
