Job Description
Duel is a protest against everything wrong in gambling. The purest, fairest casino ever built. The Vatican of gamba. We're waging holy war on scammers, fake bets, and dark patterns; and we need someone to build the network that spreads the word.
The role
You own affiliates. Sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, managing, optimising. Streamers, content creators, affiliate networks, communities, anyone driving players to Duel. The difference here is you're selling a product that actually delivers on its promises, which means the right partners will want to work with us. Your job is to find them, close them, and make sure the relationships perform.
We don't want every affiliate. We want the right ones. People who understand what Duel is and can articulate why it matters; not just anyone chasing a rev share link.
What you'll do
- Build and manage Duel's affiliate programme end to end
- Source, negotiate, and onboard affiliates: streamers, KOLs, content creators, networks
- Structure deals that work for both sides: rev share, CPA, hybrid. Know when to use which.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimise for quality, not just volume
- Cut partners who damage the brand. Protect what Duel stands for.
- Stay embedded in crypto gambling communities; know who's rising, who's faking it, who actually moves players
- Work closely with marketing to align affiliate activity with brand campaigns and activations
- Manage reporting, payouts, and the operational side without letting things slip
What you'll need
- Experience managing affiliate programmes in gambling, crypto, or gaming
- Existing network in the space is a serious advantage
- Strong negotiator who understands deal structures and knows what good economics look like
- Can tell the difference between an affiliate who drives real players and one who drives bots
- Detail-oriented on the ops side, creative on the partnerships side
- Crypto-native. If you don't know what a degen streamer is, this isn't for you.
