We're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of ambitious eCommerce brands.
This role sits at the intersection of paid media, growth strategy, creative performance, and commercial decision-making. You'll act as the strategic owner of account performance, helping brands scale efficiently through data-driven decision-making, high-performing creative, and effective media investment.
You deeply understand the core levers that drive eCommerce growth: offer, conversion, creative, acquisition, retention, and budget deployment. You know how to diagnose performance challenges quickly, uncover opportunities others miss, and confidently present solutions that clients trust and act upon.
Working closely with Media Buyers, Growth Executives, and Creative teams, you'll identify growth opportunities, remove performance bottlenecks, and ensure strategy translates into measurable commercial outcomes.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining strategic thinking, commercial leadership, and executional excellence.
