Job Summary

he team is seeking a driven, self-starting Mid-Level Business Development Representative to fuel growth for an innovative home health coding and quality assurance startup. In this role, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, navigating complex healthcare systems and vendor processes to secure high-value contracts. This is a unique opportunity for an offshore professional to work CST hours and play a foundational role in a company that is modernizing how home health agencies manage their back-office operations. If you understand the nuance of long-cycle healthcare sales and are ready to hunt for high-impact deals, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 50 outbound cold calls daily to engage decision-makers at home health agencies and health systems.
  • Navigate and complete complex application service vendor processes to initiate partnerships with large-scale contractual facilities.
  • Qualify leads and move prospects through the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the internal deal-making team to hand off warm leads for closing.
  • Manage and track all activity within the CRM to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to contract.
  • Maintain a consistent 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST schedule to ensure maximum alignment with the North American market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a BDR or sales development role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to commit to a strict 9-5 CST work schedule (Offshore).
  • Deep understanding of long sales cycles and the patience required to manage high-worth, complex accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate bureaucratic vendor systems effectively.
  • Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience in cold emailing and lead qualification.
  • Prior experience working with home health agencies or clinical coding services.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding call volume KPIs.
