Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Greece, with paid relocation support provided. In this role, you will be a vital point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, providing excellent service and support.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints tactfully, aiming to achieve high satisfaction levels.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system for quality control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service standards.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and services to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support offered.
