Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
