Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Greek Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Bulgaria with the benefit of paid relocation. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support in Greek through phone, email, and chat.
  • Offer accurate information on products, services, and customer accounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about company updates, products, and industry trends to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with relocation costs covered by the company.
