At Hedepy for business, we help companies take care of their employees' mental health. The human way: smart, practical, no taboo. We support organizations through webinars, workshops and 1:1 consultations with psychologists, therapists and business coaches, all available in our online app. Anonymous, safe, and genuinely empathetic.
We believe mental health support should show up before a crisis, not once things are "really bad". So we help people look after themselves earlier: dealing with stress, burnout, difficult emotions and work challenges. At the same time, we help employers build healthier workplaces, with regular insights ranging from weekly platform-usage reports to quarterly summaries of the trends and challenges showing up across the organization (always anonymized, always with our specialists' commentary).
Our mission: work shouldn't be a source of chronic stress. Nobody should get a stomachache before Monday. And caring about your mental health at work should feel normal, not like a last resort.
We already work with 200+ companies, we keep growing, and we're expanding internationally. Your closest team is Kasia G. (Head of Marketing B2B) and Ellen from the Czech Republic 🇨🇿. We work internationally and closely, and we put a lot into sharing knowledge and shipping good things together.
We want it focused, smooth, and without unnecessary dragging.
Stage 1: a self-recorded video interview. A few questions you answer in your own time, so we get a first sense of how you think and communicate.
Stage 2: a short case study and a conversation with Kasia G. (Head of Marketing B2B) and Vero (HR), all in one session. We do it together on purpose, so the case study and the meeting don't stretch the process out by an extra week. We want to see how you think about marketing, how you approach challenges, and how you work with ideas in practice.
Stage 3 (possibly): a casual meet with the team, so you can see who you'd be working with day to day.
