As a Specialist, you will help customers optimize their use of Fitbit products and address any technical or usage-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat concerning Fitbit products.
• Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, syncing, and usage questions.
• Provide detailed guidance on Fitbit app functionalities and health tracking features.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
• Stay informed about the latest Fitbit product updates and health technology trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is considered an advantage.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in technology or health-related sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assist customers through technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
