Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representatives to work remotely from Greece, supporting a leading consumer brand. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Norwegian and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while embracing the flexibility of working from home in the beautiful country of Greece, enabled by a fully paid relocation package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, returns, and general support in Norwegian.
  • Provide detailed product information and assist customers in resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism and empathy to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Exceptional fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • At least a B2 level of proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably with consumer brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup to ensure consistent remote work.
