We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing function for a growing B2B managed IT and wireless services company. This is a highly autonomous role where you will own marketing end-to-end, working directly with the CEO to drive lead generation, brand growth, content strategy, and marketing performance.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, understands B2B sales cycles, and is comfortable making data-driven decisions without requiring constant direction. You'll have ownership of marketing initiatives, budget authority, and the ability to hire and manage external contractors to support execution.
This is not a coordinator role. You will serve as the company's primary marketing leader and be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes.

Assessment Process: Finalists will receive a sample monthly KPI report prior to the final interview. During the interview, candidates will discuss priorities, recommendations, opportunities, and strategic decisions based on the provided data.
