About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing function for a growing B2B managed IT and wireless services company. This is a highly autonomous role where you will own marketing end-to-end, working directly with the CEO to drive lead generation, brand growth, content strategy, and marketing performance.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, understands B2B sales cycles, and is comfortable making data-driven decisions without requiring constant direction. You'll have ownership of marketing initiatives, budget authority, and the ability to hire and manage external contractors to support execution.

This is not a coordinator role. You will serve as the company's primary marketing leader and be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Performance

  • Own the marketing function and overall marketing roadmap.
  • Analyze performance data across all marketing channels and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, content, and marketing processes.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on growth initiatives and business priorities.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present monthly KPI reports.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across:
    • LinkedIn
    • Salesforce Pardot (MCAE)
    • Webinars
    • Google Search Console
    • Google Business Profile
    • Salesforce Sales Engagement
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming areas.
  • Make proactive recommendations based on performance data.

Content Marketing

  • Manage the company's LinkedIn presence.
  • Develop weekly LinkedIn content for both the company page and executive personal brands.
  • Create and distribute a monthly newsletter to approximately 12,000 subscribers.
  • Develop blog content strategies and manage publication schedules.
  • Produce content focused on audience engagement, lead generation, and SEO performance.
  • Coordinate case study development with internal teams and channel partners.

Webinar & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute webinars approximately every 6–8 weeks.
  • Manage webinar promotion, registration campaigns, email sequences, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate webinar logistics using Zoom.
  • Repurpose webinar content into additional marketing assets.

CRM & Sales Enablement

  • Manage Salesforce Pardot (MCAE) marketing campaigns.
  • Build and optimize email nurture sequences.
  • Develop and launch quarterly Salesforce Sales Engagement cadences.
  • Support sales teams through marketing initiatives aligned with the buyer journey.
  • Ensure marketing efforts support channel-partner-led go-to-market strategies.

Website & Digital Presence

  • Manage website updates and content within Webflow.
  • Maintain and optimize the company's Google Business Profile.
  • Respond to customer reviews and monitor local search presence.
  • Coordinate website improvements and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Support future website redesign and rebranding initiatives.

Contractor & Vendor Management

  • Hire and manage contractors as needed, including:
    • Graphic designers
    • Web developers
    • SEO specialists
    • Copywriters
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Manage marketing resources and budgets effectively.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Develop scalable marketing workflows and processes.
  • Improve campaign execution, reporting, and content production systems.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, content development, and decision-making.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required Experience & Skills (Minimum)

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience owning or leading a marketing function with limited resources.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Experience creating marketing content, including LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and blog briefs.
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
