Operations Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for an Operations & Systems Manager to take ownership of core internal workflows and systems, with a focus on Google Workspace and Airtable. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just use tools—but builds, manages, and optimizes them to support day-to-day business operations.

This person will operate in a small, fast-moving environment, while bringing perspective from more structured or larger organizations to help implement scalable, best-practice processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and manage workflows within Google Workspace and Airtable
• Build, maintain, and optimize operational processes across systems
• Ensure systems are structured, organized, and functioning effectively day-to-day
• Collaborate with leadership to translate evolving SOPs into scalable workflows
• Identify gaps and proactively improve processes and automation
• Support documentation and build toward more standardized, scalable operations

Requirements

• Proven experience owning systems and workflows (not just using them)
• Strong hands-on experience with Airtable and Google Workspace
• Ability to understand and manage end-to-end operational processes
• Experience working in small or evolving environments, with the ability to operate independently
• Exposure to larger or more structured organizations, with an understanding of best practices for scalable systems and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping define structure as the role evolves
