You will be the primary point of contact for players, addressing their inquiries and ensuring an excellent gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality player support in German through various communication channels, including email and chat.
• Assist players with account management, technical issues, and game-related questions.
• Resolve player concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Document player interactions accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the gaming experience.
• Stay informed about Riot Games' titles and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer or player support roles is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles.
