Your Role

As a German Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their iRobot devices. Your technical knowledge and communication skills will help resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for iRobot products.
• Guide customers through setup, usage, and maintenance procedures.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated on product developments and support resources to deliver accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with consumer electronics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and support ticketing systems.
