Digital Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo & Retention) (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to start immediately!

📌 About the Client
Our client operates in the E-commerce / Clinics / Digital Marketing industry and is based in Australia.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Manage and optimize Klaviyo email and SMS retention flows including copy, creatives, strategy, execution, and A/B testing
2. Support Meta Ads and Google Ads with consistent ecosystem messaging and review generation strategies
3. Assist with retention optimization and customer segmentation initiatives

Qualifications:
• Expert level experience in Klaviyo retention marketing (non-negotiable)
• Strong A/B testing experience
• Experience with email and SMS flows
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Shopify experience
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and retention strategies
• Ability to work Sydney Time (9 AM to 5 PM)
• Willing to sign NDA and follow strict data privacy compliance
• Comfortable working with secure credential management systems

Preferred (not mandatory):
• Experience with Zenoti
• Tableau dashboard/reporting experience
• AI implementation experience
• Loyalty program integration experience
• Shopify backend/API integration experience
• Experience with chatbot integrations

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney Time
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package :
• PHP 75,000 – PHP 80,000
