About Our Client:

Our client, a growing educational and technology organization, is seeking an experienced Applied AI Engineering Instructor to teach and mentor students on practical artificial intelligence implementation, AI-powered solutions development, and real-world strategies for becoming successful Applied AI Engineers.

This role is ideal for an experienced AI engineer or technology professional who is passionate about teaching and sharing hands-on industry knowledge with aspiring AI and software engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions on applied AI concepts, tools, and real-world implementation strategies.
• Teach students how to build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.
• Guide students on machine learning workflows, AI model integration, automation systems, APIs, and practical AI engineering techniques.
• Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world AI engineering project insights with students.
• Teach students how to apply AI technologies to solve business, operational, and technical challenges.
• Train students on prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, automation tools, and AI productivity solutions.
• Develop instructional materials, coding exercises, presentations, and project-based learning activities.
• Facilitate workshops, live demonstrations, and hands-on AI implementation sessions.
• Mentor students on portfolio development, technical problem-solving, and AI career pathways.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, Generative AI, automation technologies, and emerging industry trends.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field required.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of practical experience in AI engineering, machine learning, AI automation, software development, or related technology fields.
• Strong understanding of applied AI systems, AI integration, machine learning workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience working with AI frameworks, APIs, cloud technologies, automation tools, or AI-powered applications.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflows, and practical AI implementation strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
• Strong analytical, coding, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring programs.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, AI automation, or cloud AI platforms.
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions in commercial or operational environments.
• Certifications in AI, cloud technologies, software engineering, or automation are an advantage.
