Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients in the German-speaking region through digital channels to establish and nurture strong B2B relationships.
- Analyze client needs and deliver tailored digital sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies aimed at attracting and converting high-quality leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Provide client feedback to product teams to drive the continuous enhancement of our digital offerings.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing positively to team objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
