Your Role

As a French Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for customers requiring support with iRobot products. Your expertise and communication skills will help resolve technical issues, answer inquiries, and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to iRobot products.
• Guide customers through product features, maintenance, and usage.
• Document interactions and provide feedback to improve support processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; English skills are advantageous.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with iRobot products or similar technology is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
