Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a motivated Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Customer Service Consultant to join our vibrant team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients within the car rental sector.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their rental car needs, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage bookings, resolve customer queries, and address service-related concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards swift resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about company policies, fleet availability, and promotions.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the rent-a-car or travel industry, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other computer applications.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.
