[Job-29480] Senior Data Architect, Brazil

We are seeking a qualified SENIOR Data Architect to help design and develop modern, scalable, and reliable data platforms that support enterprise-wide business initiatives and digital transformation projects.

You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and business areas to ensure data solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs and best practices.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge in data architecture, cloud ecosystems, and programming languages, who also enjoys collaborating with teams, sharing knowledge, and supporting the technical growth of their colleagues.

In short, you will be the key person who elevates our data capabilities and keeps our team learning and thinking in new ways.

Your Mission

• Define and contribute to the evolution of the organization's data architecture strategy
• Design scalable and reliable data solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural standards for data platforms
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure architecture decisions support business goals
• Promote best practices related to data architecture, governance, scalability, and reliability
• Support data engineering teams with technical guidance and architectural recommendations
• Help identify technical challenges and propose efficient and innovative solutions
• Contribute to data security, governance, and compliance standards across data environments
• Share knowledge and mentor team members to support their technical development and growth
• Participate in discussions related to data strategy, platform evolution, and modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with technology partners and vendors when needed

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Architect or in senior-level data architecture roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Microsoft Fabric
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise data platform architecture
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and ELT processes
• Strong experience with Data Lake architectures and modern data ecosystems
• Solid understanding of scalability, governance, reliability, and data security concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics and BI ecosystems
• Familiarity with governance and metadata management frameworks
• Experience working in enterprise-scale distributed data environments
• Interest in mentoring and supporting the development of technical peers
