We are seeking highly capable AI Acceleration Engineers to drive the adoption and industrialisation of AI tooling (GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, agent workflows) across multiple engineering teams. This is not a pure development role and not a pure AI research role. It is a hybrid position requiring hands-on AI capability building combined with direct engagement inside Scrum teams to accelerate SDLC productivity using AI. You will work alongside Microsoft AI specialists to build prompts, agents and workflows — while also embedding within engineering squads to ensure AI tooling is used effectively, correctly, and consistently.
