This is an excellent role for individuals fluent in Czech who want to advance their career in customer service while experiencing life in a vibrant city like Athens.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Czech-speaking clients of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and other related issues.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Stay updated on Booking.com's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with relocation costs covered.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
