QA Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software and applications. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues, as well as create and execute test plans and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for software and applications

- Identify and report any defects or issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure quality and functionality

- Perform regression testing to ensure all issues have been resolved

- Document and track testing results and provide status updates to the development team

- Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA testing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

- Experience with both manual and automated testing

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Selenium or Appium

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Experience in healthcare or child services industry is a plus
