Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support in French.
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, maintenance, and warranty services.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A minimum of B2 in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
