Your Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with airline booking inquiries, managing reservations, cancellations, and changes.
• Accurately record customer interactions and information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent fluency (C1/C2) in Norwegian, both written and spoken is essential.
• Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or airline booking is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace new cultural experiences.
