About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Information Delivery Analyst to support the delivery and management of data, reporting, and analytics solutions across the organization. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, develop reporting solutions, and ensure information delivery systems are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Power BI skills, with the ability to analyze data, build scalable reporting solutions, and translate insights into clear business recommendations. Strong analytical thinking, data storytelling, and business understanding are essential for success in this role.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights, and the capability to work independently while collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools
• Support guided analytics, embedded analytics, and data-as-a-service capabilities to improve business decision-making
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and define reporting requirements
• Gather, clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources into cohesive datasets
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through data validation and quality checks
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity and reporting issues in partnership with IT, Data Governance, and Data Engineering teams
• Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Support the adoption of self-service reporting and analytics solutions across the organization
• Optimize and enhance data pipelines, reporting processes, and dashboard functionality
• Stay informed on emerging reporting, visualization, and analytics technologies and best practices
• Provide informal mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members when needed
• Document reporting processes, methodologies, and technical requirements to support ongoing improvements

Requirements

• Strong experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Proficiency with SQL and Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) and working with large datasets
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and analytics methodologies
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Data Governance, and Data Engineering
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
