Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage and document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while handling customer concerns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in remote or multinational settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle challenging situations calmly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support provided.
