This role sits at the intersection of creative, media, and operations, ensuring assets are planned, produced, approved, and delivered seamlessly across channels.

You’ll act as the connective tissue between IMC, external agencies, media planners, and project management teams. What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end creative operations for paid media campaigns, from intake through final delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally with IMC, agencies, media planners, and project managers to align on scopes, specs, and timelines
  • Manage creative trafficking requirements, including asset specs, versioning, and platform compliance
  • Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time, on spec, and ready for launch across channels
  • Track asset status and proactively identify risks, driving resolution to prevent delays or rework
  • Align creative delivery with go-to-market timelines, media plans, and campaign strategies
  • Lead launch readiness and review processes across global and international campaigns
  • Maintain operational rigor, improving workflows and processes where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, campaign management, or marketing production
  • Strong understanding of paid media workflows, including trafficking, ad specs, and asset versioning
  • Experience working with agencies, media planners, and cross-functional marketing teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution quality and operational efficiency
  • Comfortable reviewing creative assets to ensure alignment with specs and media plans
