Graphic Designer Junior

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer Junior to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, website graphics, and brand identity. You will work closely with our senior graphic designers and marketing team to bring our brand to life and help us communicate our message effectively to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for various projects

- Create visual assets for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media graphics

- Design and update website graphics and layout

- Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity and style guidelines

- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards and guidelines

- Use your creativity and design skills to bring new ideas and concepts to the table

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- A passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and improve
